Vancouver Fire and Rescue was called out at 5:30am this morning to tackle a fire at West 3rd and Trafalgar.
The fire had engulfed the entire top floor of the three-storey home at 2573 West 3rd Avenue.
Jordan Armstrong of Global BC was on site and captured this footage of the fire.
UPDATE: Residents who were initially unaccounted for have been located according to firefighters.
