Macaron Day is on March 20th and Kitsilano’s Bon Macaron Patisserie is celebrating by donating the proceeds of sales that day to BC Children’s Hospital for the sixth year in a row.
For every box of 30 macarons sold, Bon Macaron will give a $5 discount to its customers and donate $20 to BC Children’s hospital.
David and Yann, owners of Bon Macaron Patisserie, started this tradition six years ago to show support to their new community after opening a third patisserie in Kitsilano.
The patisserie raised $2,000 for the Children’s Hospital in 2019 and wants to break that mark this year.
