Spring Break for kids in Vancouver starts March 19th, and there are still spots available in a wide variety of classes in our Kitsilano neighbourhood.

Choose from camps that last a half-day to two weeks. Here’s our list.

Sports

Phoenix Gymnastics has half and full-day camps for ages 3-14 at the St. James Community Square on West 10th Avenue.

Up in Point Grey at the Jericho Hill Centre, kids starting at age 3 can choose from Pedalheads bike camps, Atlantis swim camps, and Heroheads multi-sports camps.

Arts

For fine art camps for ages 5-10, 4Cats Arts Studio on West 10th Avenue has 1, 2, and 3 half and full-day workshop camps where kids can choose their favourite medium to create with, including clay, painting, and collage.

Spring Break camps at Christianne’s Lyceum will focus on children’s novels including The Velveteen Rabbit, Hogwarts, Norse Myths, James and the Giant Peach, Beatrix Potter, A Wrinkle in Time, and more. Camps can be any amount of days up to two weeks and are for ages 5-16. A snack will be provided.

Science

Pear Tree on West Broadway still has some room in its cooking and history camps, and you can include before and after care, plus there’s a hot lunch add-on.

Multi

The Kitsilano Community Centre has a wide variety of half and full-day camps for kids ranging in ages from 3-12 and there are still a few spots left. Camp activities can include dance, art, science, cooking, and much more. Sportball camps are located at the KCC as well.

Down on West Broadway, Yoga Buttons has half and full-day camps for kids aged 3-8, and daily drop-in options may be available is space permits. Their camps include yoga, dance, drama, music, crafts, games, and stories, plus a healthy snack is provided.
