Kitsilano diners have every reason to feel smug. Another talented young chef from the block will appear on Top Chef. Oakwood chef Mike Robbins will throw down in Top Chef Season 4 which premieres on Food Network Canada on Monday, March 9 at 10pm PT. Robbins follows in Trevor Bird’s (Fable Kitchen) footsteps. Mike Robbins is 29 and anyone who’s ever dined at Oakwood knows that this guy knows his stuff. Look out, Canada.
Big congrats to Mikey! His bio is below. Now dash to the Oakwood to be dazzled in person.
