Edible Canada presents Street Eats and Beats – a food cart/craft beer party – under Granville Bridge, Feb. 22-23

What are you doing this weekend? I recommend gathering some friends and/or a date and getting tickets to Street Eats and Beats, a food cart and craft beer fest with local DJs taking place under Granville Bridge Friday, February 22 and Saturday, February 23. Tickets are available online for $30. This gets you six street food samples and two drinks. There’s also a gluten free and vegan version of the menu with tix for $20. Participating food carts after the jump.

  • Le Tigre – modern Chinese dim sum
  • Mom’s Grilled Cheese Truck – the name says it all
  • Mogu – Japanese street eats such as miso pork katsu and chicken karaage
  • Fresh Local Wild – local fish, seafood and game
  • Re-Up BBQ – pulled pork sandwiches
  • Varinicey Pakoras – fresh veg pakoras

  • Granville Island Brewing – Granville Island’s own craft brewery
  • Sumac Ridge Wines

Street Eats and Beats is part of the annual Granville Island Winterruption Festival that includes a Kids Zone with entertainment, free live music, Francophone cooking demos and more. Read up on the free fun at Winterruption Festival, February 22-24, here.
