City Market (2214 West 4th @ Yew) had its last everything-must-go sale today. For me it’s always been a Coke vs. Pepsi or Mac vs. PC thing; I’m a New Apple Farm Market guy (2344 West 4th @ Vine), so I never went to City Market. But for the CM people this must be a loss.
City Market’s closure means there are now three rather sizable footprints for lease on West 4th: Coast Mountain‘s old location, Karma‘s old location, and now City Market’s old location. It will be interesting to see how long it takes for all three locations to be leased.
