2007 was a phenomenal year for new restaurants in Vancouver and Kitsilano is home to its fair share. One lucky block of West 4th Avenue single handily revived the Bistro concept, a 24-hour Westside landmark became a Social House, and the infamous Urban Well morphed into the 2nd location of a critically acclaimed Japanese Tapas bar.
