NEWS 1130 was first on the scene of a fire at a Kitsilano apartment building this morning that has left 40 people wondering when they’ll be able to return to their homes. The fire started around 11:30 am in the three story building on West 2nd between Cypress and Maple. Not sure of the address but I’m hoping that some citizen journalists will step up and fill in the details.
