You think slick marketing is reserved for condo-hyping? Think again. Kitsilano based Blu Living is taking the real estate agency to a whole new level. And to be honest, I actually appreciate them doing so. How boring and old are the signs, websites, and bus ads for Re/max, Dexter, MacDonald, OnePercent, etc. At the end of the day, Blu is just another real estate agency, but at least they try to look like one from this era.

In addition to the corporate website, they have also set up a bunch of specialized websites for condos, lofts, houses, and pre-sales. According to their philosophy & vision this level of specialization is what sets them apart from other agencies:
