Over at the Kitsilano Chamber of Commerce they’re getting ready for the 2005 Westside Awards of Distinction coming up on October 27th at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. Awards will be presented to eligible businesses, organizations or people that have made an exemplary contribution in one of the following award categories: Community Spirit, Retailer of the Year, Restaurant of the Year, Business Person of the Year, and Business of the Year. Mikey and I haven’t heard from them yet, so I guess none of our readers nominated us this year. Thanks a lot.
