The Vancouver Folk Music Festival has unveiled its full performance schedule for this summer’s much-anticipated event, taking place July 18 to 20 at Jericho Beach Park.

This year’s festival features 44 artists over three days, with a mix of performances and collaborative workshops that have become a hallmark of the event.

“In addition to our incredible 12 Mainstage artists, we have curated three days of performances and workshops,” said Artistic Director Fiona Black. “You’ll find your jam and your new favourite band.”

Friday’s programming kicks off at 3:00 p.m. with acts including TEKE:TEKE, Nico Paulo, and Bel & Quinn, ahead of evening Mainstage shows beginning at 6:00 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, the festival site opens at 10:00 a.m., offering full days of live music and interactive artist sessions until the Mainstage takes over each evening.

Popular among longtime festivalgoers are the weekend’s artist workshops—spontaneous, collaborative performances that often end in joyous dance parties. The lineup spans a diverse mix of folk, roots, global, and genre-blending acts.

Early bird ticket pricing remains in effect until June 18, with both weekend passes and single-day tickets available for purchase via the festival website.

For those not yet ready to commit to a full weekend, the Folk Fest is hosting four preview events around Vancouver in the lead-up to the main festival. These concerts offer a chance to experience some of the featured artists in more intimate settings.

“We invite you to come experience these incredible artists and find out why audiences love returning to the Vancouver Folk Music Festival year after year,” said Black.
