The Arts Club Theatre Company is bringing a double dose of holiday cheer to the Olympic Village Stage at the BMO Theatre Centre, presenting two festive productions sure to delight Vancouver audiences.
First up is A WONDERHEADS Christmas Carol, running November 26 to December 14. This visually spectacular reimagining of Dickens’ classic is created by the acclaimed WONDERHEADS, known for their whimsical masks, towering puppets, and cinematic style of physical theatre. Their version of Scrooge’s journey unfolds entirely without dialogue, using dazzling imagery, a moving original score, and impressive stagecraft to retell the timeless story of redemption in a way audiences have never seen before.
Then, from December 17 to 21, the theatre shifts into musical merriment with The Gingerbread Men: Yet Another Holiday Cabaret. Featuring the vocal charm and comedic sparkle of the beloved Metro Vancouver–based troupe, the cabaret promises a joyful blend of harmonies, humour, and festive flair—an ideal companion to the magic of the WONDERHEADS production.
With its mix of theatrical wonder and musical cheer, this holiday lineup offers something for everyone—and a perfect reason to celebrate the season in Olympic Village.
