I love ice cream, especially the really rich, artisan kind that has become more popular these days. Lucky for me (but maybe not my waist line!) Rain or Shine Ice Cream will open in the neighbourhood on West 4th between Cypress and Maple in a few weeks. Focusing on local ingredients and hand made treats, the ice cream shop is certainly on trend and sure to be popular even with winter fast approaching.
