Earlier this week Scout Magazine reported that restaurateurs Tom Doughty and Robert Belcham had sold Refuel (formerly Fuel) to current Top Chef Canada competitor Trevor Bird.
The 28-year-old Bird, a newcomer to Vancouver, announced last month that he was going to be opening a new restaurant.
Now we know that it will be named “Fable” and call Kitsilano’s West 4th Avenue home.
