Vancouver Police are telling people in the Kitsilano and Mount Pleasant areas to be on the lookout after numerous reports of a man masturbating near the homes and suites of young women.
Police say the man was spotted masturbating outside ground floor windows and near the doors of homes in those areas several times over the past week. They are reminding people to close their windows and blinds, keep their doors locked, and to call police or Crime Stoppers if they see anything suspicious.
The suspect is described as white, 25 to 30-years-old, roughly 180 pounds, and about 5’11”.
