Who Needs KFC


Today we went over to Fuel for “Thank God it’s Fried Chicken Friday”. Three pieces of beautiful Polderside Farms chicken, marinated, cooked in buttermilk, and then fried. Accompanied by a side of granny’s biscuits and gravy, yummy warm cabbage (!), and a delicious German-style dark ale, this was the perfect way to end the week and start the weekend.

TGIFCF will be on every, well, Friday lunch, all through the summer.
