I know I have tooted their horn here before, but I feel the urge to do so again on this special day (Merry Christmas everyone!). Having my wife’s parents in town and very little energy and motivation to cook an entire Christmas meal from scratch, we once again put our trust in the Indish team. Boy was that trust rewarded.
We chose turkey, lots of stuffing, sweet potato mash, and potato dauphinoise from their Christmas menu (we made our own vegetable sides), and we ended up with a truly perfect Christmas dinner that required minimal time in the kitchen.
The turkey was the best that any of us had ever had, and I am sure the secret to this success was the brine marinade that Indish used. We’ve always been too lazy to marinate our turkey and relied on the cover-and-baste technique. Never again. From now on we will rely on the buy-it-at-Indish technique.
