OK…I’ve got to get to the bottom of this. The guy who asks for change in front of Shoppers Drug Mart and Capers on a daily basis warrants some discussion. First, some details. He has been begging in Kits for as long as I can remember. He is typically dressed in what I consider to be hip, urban street threads. He looks to be quite healthy – my girlfriend recently commented on his “nice teeth”. He’s not just physically healthy, but also mentally fit as well. Need I carry on? This is total crap! I’ve heard people say “Hi Dave” or “Hi Jay” or whatever this jokers name is. Its like they think he’s a cool West 4th institution. Yes, I agree he is not the least bit aggressive or annoying, but doesn’t this piss anyone else off?!
