The Kitsilano Chamber of Commerce announced today that Julien Phipps is their new executive director, taking over for Terry Clark.
Phipps has been active in Kitsilano as part of the Canada One Athletic Foundation and KitsFest – the sports and healthy living festival which he co-founded and operates annually. The Kitsilano Chamber of Commerce is a sponsor of KitsFest and Kitsilano.ca covered the event last year.
