Mandy’s Salads Isn’t Open In Kitsilano Yet—But You Can Already Order It

Kitsilano has not officially joined the Mandy’s salad map yet, but the neighbourhood is already getting a preview.

The Montreal-born salad brand is preparing to open its first Vancouver location at 2202 West 4th Avenue this summer.

Ahead of the storefront launch, Mandy’s has started offering delivery in Vancouver through Uber Eats, giving locals a chance to try its signature salads, bowls, smoothies, and create-your-own options before the doors open.

For a brand known for turning salad into something closer to a lifestyle, West 4th is a fitting first Vancouver address. The upcoming Kitsilano location is planned as a grab-and-go spot with a seasonal patio, landing among the neighbourhood’s fitness studios, cafes, shops, and busy lunch traffic.

For a neighbourhood already packed with yoga studios, fitness clubs, coffee shops, and casual lunch spots, the arrival of Mandy’s feels like a natural fit.

Founded by sisters Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe, Mandy’s started in Montreal in 2004 and has since grown into a recognizable Canadian fast-casual brand, known as much for its bright, highly designed spaces as for its oversized salads and bowls.

The Kitsilano location will be part of Mandy’s first move into Vancouver, alongside a planned Coal Harbour restaurant at 1067 West Cordova Street.
