The Mayor of Vancouver has proclaimed November 1st to 7th as “Vancouver Croissant Crawl Week” but you’ve got until November 14th to get in on the action.
The 2023 Metro Vancouver Croissant Crawl is underway and Kitsilano is represented by just one bakery, Viva Cafe & Bakery.
Viva’s entry into the croissant carnival is a Jasmine Pistachio Parcel – roasted pistachio two ways (frangipane and praliné) meet jasmine pastry cream in this all-from-scratch laminated pastry.
