Tough loss for Team Kitsilano.ca
Mikey and I competed in the 3rd Annual Bocce by the Beach tourament at Spanish Banks West today and are sad to report that we didn’t fare too well. Mikey and I dropped our first match 12-9 to bocce tournament veterans Team Ram Rod and then got bumped out of the ‘B’ pool by young up-and-comers Ange and Brian. Turns out Ange is the sister of tournament organizer Jason Del Vicario – so we plan to launch an investigation to determine whether she was even eligible to compete.
So sorry you lost to my sister guys. She was born with bocce balls in her hands; her partner, on the other hand, had never played before(that shouldn’t make you feel better). Look forward to seeing you around… drop me a line if you’re up for a bocce lesson… I mean game! Cheers.
