Kitsilano Beach will take on an autumn twist later this month when Vancouver Is Awesome and EVO Car Share bring a pop-up Urban Pumpkin Patch to the sand.
The family-friendly event happens on Thursday, October 24th, from 12 to 3 p.m., turning the popular waterfront spot into a seaside celebration of fall.
Timed perfectly for a Pro-D Day, the afternoon invites families to enjoy hundreds of pumpkins scattered across the beach, festive photo installations, and classic lawn games — all set to a backdrop of ocean views and harvest vibes.
Costumes are encouraged, and the event will go ahead rain or shine, making it a perfect outing regardless of the weather. Tickets are $10 plus tax, and attendees are asked to register online in advance to secure their spot.
