Elections BC is looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide support through the October 2024 Provincial General Election.
They have concluded their hiring stage for electoral district office staff and are now looking for Election Officials to work during Advance Voting Days and Final Voting Day.
Elections BC is a non-partisan Office of the Legislature. They’re seeking to fill election official roles across the province, including Ballot Issuing Officer, Information Officer, Tabulator Officer, Voting Equipment Officer, and Supervisory Voting Officer.
Positions are available for all ages, backgrounds and experience. Students, retirees and those entering or returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply. All applicants should have the ability to be non-partisan representatives of Elections BC and work comfortably with technology.
Compensation will be $310 to $440 per day depending on the position. Jobs are available from October 10 to 16 for advance voting, and on October 19 for final voting day.
