Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic high school seniors across the country will never forget their shortened graduation year.

Thanks to Vancouver-born actor Ryan Reynolds, every student in Kitsilano Secondary School‘s Class of 2020 will get a free large pizza from West Broadway’s Nat’s Pizzeria to celebrate.

Reynolds completed grades 11 and 12 at Kits Secondary after getting kicked out of Prince of Wales and graduated in 1994.

Today he posted a commencement speech on YouTube in honor of the Class of 2020 and promised every grad a pizza on him.

Reynolds began his career starring in the Canadian teen soap opera Hillside and had minor roles before landing the lead role on the sitcom Two Guys and a Girl.

Always loyal to his Kitsilano roots, Reynolds put Nat’s New York Pizzeria in Deadpool in 2015.

Classic Ryan Reynolds.
