Kitsilano legend Bishop’s Restaurant is hosting a six-course Cascadian tasting menu on Thursday, November 28th.

John Bishop and Executive Chef Kai Leitner are honouring our Cascadia region by conjuring up a six-course Cascadian tasting menu.

Bishop’s will be partnering with Ponderosa Mushrooms, Legend Haul and Blue Mountain Winery to bring guests a wild game and foraged feast dinner never to be forgotten. Each course will be expertly paired with a B.C. wine from the renowned Blue Mountain Winery.

Limited seating is available on Thursday, November 28th from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Tickets are $125 a person or $175 with wine pairing.
