Lululemon’s SeaWheeze isn’t your average half marathon.

It’s been described as the “most breathtakingly beautiful” and “ridiculously fun” half marathon in the world.

Unfortunately it is also nearly impossible to get a race bib and shorts as it sells out in a matter of minutes, 6 months in advance of the race.

Over 10,000 runners will descend on Vancouver on Saturday, August 17th to sweat it out over a weekend with the half-marathon book-ended by their yoga events on Friday night and the Sunset Festival on Sunday.

Be prepared for local road closures with the Burrard Street Bridge closed in both directions on Saturday, August 17th from 6:15am to 11:30am. In addition, Cornwall Avenue between Burrard Street and Larch Street will be police patrolled with local access only. Bike lanes remain open on Burrard Street Bridge all day Saturday.
