Kitsilano icon Moderne Burger is closes it doors permanently at 2507 West Broadway on Sunday, April 29th.
Moderne Burger announced the closing date on Twitter yesterday.
The location is scheduled to be redeveloped and replaced with a four-storey mixed commercial and residential building, with 21 dwelling units and three ground-level retail stores.
The impending project will also affect Aria Florist and Wedding Design, Benny’s Café, and Kinome Japanese Kitchen.
