Car2go is making a significant change to its car-sharing operation in North America and first up is Vancouver.
Car2go announced today that it is expanding into the luxury carsharing market with the launch of a new Mercedes-Benz fleet in Vancouver.
The Daimler-owned car2go offers mostly Smart fortwo cars currently, with a few Mercedes-Benz B-Class vehicles also previously available in Vancouver.
The new car2gos will stand in stark contrast to the recognizable blue and white 2-person Smart Fortwos. The Mercedes-Benz CLAs and GLAs will come in the more traditional colours of black, white, and silver, with a small car2go logo on the side.
