Tomorrow – Saturday June 9th – Pacific Boarder is hosting Boardstock, a stand-up paddle and social event.  This fun, non-competitive event will offer Vancouverites the chance to try the increasingly popular sport of stand-up paddleboarding.

Starting at the Jericho Sailing Centre at 1300 Discovery Street, participants will have the opportunity to demo paddleboards from 9:30am – 11:00am.  The 8km group paddle starts at 11:30am heading to Quayside Marina and the Yaletown Brewing Company for wrap up.

Your $25 entry includes an event T-shirt, FREE sandals courtesy of Reef, a board and paddle carrying harness from Naish, a burger and beverage from the Yaletown Brewing Company, and return transportation to the Jericho Sailing Centre. Paddleboard demos and rental P.F.D.s are available at minimal extra cost.

Register now online. Pre-event package pickup is tonight (Friday, June 8th) at Pacific Boarder at West 4th & Burrard.  Come down and pick up your event shirt, registration package, and receive exclusive discounts for Boardstock participants.
