CocoaNymph’s new Valentine’s Day truffles include Luscious (a cherry liqueur ganache covered with dark chocolate), Mischief (a champagne ganache with a milk chocolate shell), Desire (a milk chocolate and cinnamon ganache coated with dark chocolate) and Blush (a dark chocolate and rose ganache coated with a smooth milk chocolate).
