Refuel refuels The Beverage Menu

As reported by Scout Magazine this week Refuel Restaurant & Bar is introducing something delicious to sip for all the designated drivers, under-agers, detoxers and others not wanting a full fledged alcoholic bevvies.

The article explains:

Refuel Bar Manager Robert Scope introduces half pour wine pairings and an alcohol-free drink list. “We are starting to see a trend emerging; guests are requesting non-alcoholic mixed drinks and beer, as well as seeking out low alcohol wines,” says Scope.  The new low and non-alcoholic options will appeal to designated drivers, guests with dietary restrictions and those who simply want to sample a variety of wines.

In addition to Robert’s new non-alcoholic drink list, guests can choose between a V.P.D. (Very Petit Drink) wine pairing and a Refuel wine pairing when ordering the daily $38, prix fixe menu. The V.P.D. pairing consists of a 2oz pour with the first two courses and a 1oz pour with dessert, for a total of five ounces, which is equivalent to one glass of wine. From January 24 until February 6, these options will be available to pair with Refuel’s Dine Out Vancouver menu.
