1970

Fuel Restaurant‘s Rob Belcham has been chosen as one of two chefs who will recieve Spot Prawns before anyone else in the entire city this season. On Thursday May 7th, Steve Johansen of Organic Ocean will deliver first of the season prawns to Fuel Restaurant, where Chef Belcham will be waiting to prepare a feast for 10 lucky diners at the kitchen bar, paired with cask brewed ale from R&B Brewing Co.

If you would like to attend the Spot Prawn Boil at Fuel Restaurant, submit your name, phone number and email address to katharine@fuelrestaurant.ca. Seats are $85 each and all profits will be donated to the Spanish Banks Creek Restoration Project. As these are highly coveted seats we will be drawing the names of the lucky 10 diners on Tuesday May 5th. All guests will be notified on Tuesday May 5th.

Update: Due to such an overwhelming response to the Spot Prawn Dinner, Fuel is offering the Spot Prawn Boil every Saturday at the Kitchen Bar at 7pm until the end of Spot Prawn Season on June 13th.
