Kitsilano.ca is a hyper-local neighbourhood blog and the sale of banner ads and memberships help to keep the site running.
We’ve been blogging about the neighbourhood since February of 2005 and currently enjoy over 15,000 visitors per month. Our readers are highly geo-targeted and they’re looking for stuff to do in Kitsilano – whether it be going out for dinner, grabbing a coffee, or buying a new pair of shoes.

Based on our current site traffic and one year pricing, this works out to a incredibly inexpensive CPM (cost per 1,000 banner ad impressions) of less that $6.
