Join Romer’s and Russell Brewing for a custom chef-crafted three-course dinner paired with select Russell brews. Each course has been designed to include and complement the beer selection.
Here’s the menu that is on tap for the evening:
1st course: Asian Nacho Bites – Crisp Wontons, Spicy Chicken, Peanut Sauce, Edamame Guacamole, Wasabi Cream.

2nd course: Righteous Russell Rib Burger – Organic Beef, Shaved Prime Rib, Maple Smoked Bacon, Gorgonzola Cream & Smoked Onion Strings.
- BEER PAIRING: Russell Punch Bowl IPA
3rd course: Sourdough Bread Pudding – Whiskey Caramel Sauce & Vanilla Bean Gelato.
- BEER PAIRING: Russell Root Beer Milk Stout
