This is it. It’s down to one game. Super Bowl LI takes place on Sunday, February 5th. So where are you going to watch the Falcons take on the Patriots?

Even if you really like your couch, the beery, brunch-y camaraderie of a pub full of roaring fans adds an undeniable thrill. Pub viewing also gives you the chance to debate the merits of Super Bowl commercials with a stranger.

Local Public Eatery

Local has a licensed tent on their huge patio with two 80″ TVs, two 55″ TVs, speakers, and a DJ. They’ll be doing a pig roast so you can add pulled pork to pretty much anything on the special menu that includes Chilli and Smokies for the day. They’ll have a bunch of Jerseys, gift cards, and an Xbox to give away as well. Tickets are $35 which includes a pulled pork sandwich and a Bud Light. They have a couple tables left under the tent, so get on the phone quick before they’re sold-out.

The Cove Pub

The Cove Pub boasts 15 HD TVs and seats 120. Super Bowl drink specials include $5 Sleeves of Canadian, $5.50 Signature Caesars, and $4 Shots of Fireball/Sauza Gold Tequila. Food specials include a Ukranian Smokies Platter with Fries for $10, half-price wings, and Jumbo Pretzels with mustard for $5. They’ll be draw prizes every quarter value $50 each, at half time for $100, and at game’s end for $300. The Cove is currently 2/3 reserved and every reservation must be here by 1pm.

Manchester Pub

Manchester’s party will be hosted by local comedian Sean Kaboom and includes a pig roast and the US television feed with American commercials.  They’ll be raising money for local AFL team the West Coast Saints with football squares and a 50-50 draw. At halftime they’ll have a quarterback challenge on the patio where you can throw a football through a tire for a NFL jersey. Door prizes include an Xbox One. While Manchester is no longer taking reservations, they’re selling tickets at the pub in advance for $10 which include a beer and will have space for walk-ins.
