Nosh Rotisserie opening in old Mistral space on West Broadway, Jan. 12

mistralRelying on Scout Magazine, Vancouver’s best source of insider food industry news, I’m happy to report that the old Mistral space at 2585 West Broadway will soon house a take-out rotisserie joint called Nosh. The theme is “hand-crafted meals to go.” Owners Sandra Scott and Tony Scott and chef John Ly are planning to serve rotisserie everything: chicken, duck, pheasant, pork, beef, even veggies. Nosh will also be licensed with beer and wine on tap (via the Vancouver Urban Winery). Opening day is January 12.
