Quince celebrates 4th Anniversary

Saturday, November 21st is Quince‘s Fourth Anniversary Celebration and they’re hosting free half hour preview cooking classes all day long. Sign up for one of these half hour classes online now as space is limited.

  • 10am – The Cutting Edge – the Quince essential knife class
  • 11:30am – The Poultry Quince Essentials
  • 1pm – Cocktails & Hors d’oeuvre
  • 2:30pm – Classic French Bistro
  • 4pm – Introduction to Food & Wine Pairing

To wrap up the day, Quince is hosting a black box cooking competition starting at 6pm which you can participate in as a competitor or patron.

Competitors: Enter our black box cooking competition. Former and current Quince students have a chance to show us that they actually learned a thing or two in our Studio. There’ll be two prizes – one judged by a panel of professionals, and a Patrons Favourite judged by Quince clients attending the event.

Patrons: Come have a glass of wine and hors d’oeuvre while watching this high drama black box kitchen challenge, and vote for the Patrons Favourite.
