Urban Tanning on First

urban-tanningThe first retail location inside First on First has been leased: Urban Tanning Studio will be opening a Kitsilano location soon.

Personally, I find that utterly unexciting, but have to admit that it does seem to make some sense. The small West 1st community already boasts two gyms (Ron Zalko and Just Ladies) and a day spa, so a tanning salon rounds out the health/beauty offering.

    Tanning should not be considered Health/Beauty…skin cancer and wrinkles are neither healthy or beautiful.
