JC Combo’s NOT Coming Aug ’08

For the loooongest time there was lots of activity at 2821 West Broadway (@ MacDonald, next to Royston). And for quite some time there was a poster in the window, announcing: “JC Combo’s: Coming August 2008″. Well, August came and went a while ago, and the poster stayed up. And then a couple of weeks ago the poster came down. I haven’t seen any activity either for some time. Another victim of the credit crunch?

I have no idea what JC Combo’s is or was and Google searches didn’t turn up much. To me the name suggests a clothing store, but I guess we may never find out…
