Mural Gone, For Sale Sign Up

My initial thought was that the owners of Speaker City were simply replacing their garish, but affable, mural. Earlier this week, however, I noticed that the wall is now decorated with a for sale sign. This then suggest that not just the mural, but Speaker City as a whole might be history.

If that’s the case, that would really bite. I got a very good deal on my latest purchase from Speaker City and had excellent service in selecting my new product. Here’s hoping they stay floating!

The sign is advertising that the building is for sale; but also has a secure long – term tenant (20 years). I don’t think Speaker City is going anywhere…

Ah, thanks for clarifying K. I had read that and though, hmmm, they are trying to either sell it OR lease it for 20 years? Your explanation makes much more sense :)
