Bikinis and Beach Volleyball in Kits

This weekend Kits Beach plays host to the 2008 Corona Open beach volleyball tournament (formerly the Vancouver Molson Open). This year’s competition will include players from across North America, all competing for their chance at the $15,000 purse. The volleyball tournament boasts the largest purse in Canada.

The weekend will be full of action for players and spectators alike at the undoubtedly Canada’s hottest beach, including a VIP beer garden, prize giveaways and some great beach action.

Jeff Paterson recently did a great job highlighting the event in the Georgia Straight.
