Point Grey Fiesta 2008
Kitsilano mailboxes are being stuffed this week with flyers for next weekend’s Point Grey Fiesta. The parade and festival is Point Grey’s annual start-of-summer event and gets underway on Friday, June 20th with the inaugural Chip’s Not Dead Yet Memorial Mile. The parade takes places on Saturday morning at 10am on West 10th Avenue between Blanca and Discovery and carnival rides go Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in Trimble Park at 4300 West 8th Avenue.
