West 12th Road Closure
While this was undoubtedly posted well in advance on “The Road Ahead“, the road closure of West 12th between Arbutus and Macdonald seems somewhat sudden and unannounced. From today until September, West 12th will be closed for all traffic along this stretch. The project website suggest local traffic is still allowed, but the road appears to be blocked completely.
According to the same website they are also doing some sewer work between Cypress and Burrard.
