For Heaven’s Sake

SakeGastropod‘s Angus An has teamed up with Osake Sake‘s Masa Shiroki, and will be putting on a seven course Sake Celebration dinner this Sunday, June 1st. The menu [PDF] looks fantastic, and includes oysters with Sauterne jelly and wasabi snow (a twist on one of my favourite Gatropod dishes), pork cheek with scallops, and sous-vide elk.

The Sake Celebration Dinner is $125 and includes 7 courses and 6 sakes. Sounds like a match made in heaven.
