The Kore in Kitsilano
The run-down retail strip across from Starbucks at West 3rd & Burrard is finally coming down. Real estate development signs are up and another condo complex is coming to Burrard Flats. Kore Living’s complete marketing program isn’t online yet but their splash page leads me to believe that Condohype may have some fun with this one.
Yeah, gotta stare at this every time I work out across the street at Zalko’s. BTW, ask Erik to email me – didn’t realize he too moved from The Netherlands two years ago – as did we! What a trip!

The developers behind the Kore are missing the boat – by the time they get around to selling this traffic-heavy location, the market will have swung the other way.
