This Tiger has Wings
Waiterblog’s Andrew Morrison is wondering aloud if Kits newest restaurant, The Flying Tiger, is open yet and I can attest that it is and it’s pretty damn good. To date, their website isn’t much more than a logo and an street address but according to the title tag on their site, they’re serving up ‘Asian Street Food’. If you love Nevermind & Hell’s Kitchen but are looking for a little more upscale decor and menu, TFT will impress. The menu mix may seem experimental but Tina Fineza provides a interesting mix of ethnic dishes that mimic Vancouver’s Asian cultures.
